Returns & Replacements Policy
WELLEXSA ELECTRONICS believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore has a liberal cancellation and replacement policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant and shipping has been initiated. -
WELLEXSA ELECTRONICS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or eatables.
However, replacements/refunds can be issued if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory. -
In case of damaged or defective items, customers must report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receipt.
The request will be processed once the merchant verifies the damage/defect. -
If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet expectations, report it within 7 days of receiving the item.
After review, our Customer Service Team will make an appropriate decision.
